Mental Health Awareness Month is a national event that aims to improve community awareness and interest in mental health and wellbeing.
This years theme is ‘Connecting With Community’, something that we here at The Hut really pride ourselves on. With the support from a grant from MHCSA, we have decided to host an event for our community in the Adelaide Hills.
Join us on October 20 for an engaging session on wellbeing with keynote speaker Dianne Pepicelli, and a community art project. Learn more about why prioritising our wellbeing is so important and practical ways to improve and maintain your mental wellbeing, while having fun and connecting to your community!
This event is in partnership with The Village Well and they have kindly offered to provide a delicious morning tea!
This event was made possible with funding from the Mental Health Coalition of SA and Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network.
