Unpacking the LEWP NGO Mental Health Lived Experience Workforce Standards and Guidelines.’
The co-produced Standards and Guidelines organisational self-assessment tool is designed to support NGOs in effective recruitment, retention and growth of their Lived Experience/Peer workforce. They are a perfect tool for implementing the National Lived Experience (Peer) Workforce Development Guidelines and supporting the expansion of the workforce noted state-wide and national plans.
Line Managers and Leaders of Lived Experience workforce are working together to unpack the document one Standard at a time with opportunity to ask questions, share successes and challenges, co-produce and share tools, resources and ideas for effective implementation.
